We celebrated parents in July!

By Sarah Emory, MSP, CCC-SLP

When you get to serve the best parents and families, that is reason to celebrate all month long!

Our staff has had such a great time showering our MTS parents with love this summer. For our big finale at our Spartanburg clinic, we hosted a “Parent’s Night Out.”

For families who have children with special needs, it is often hard to leave them at home with a babysitter. Our staff of SLPs provided a fun night for the children, while the parents were able to enjoy a night out.

We had one mom tell us: “This is the second date we’ve had in 12 years without our kids.”

Another said: “This is the first date without her since she’s been born.”

We are blessed to have the best families at MTS! Thank you for all you do to give the next generation a voice that lasts forever!
