We fill the gaps in school districts across South Carolina
Struggling to staff your speech therapy positions? Whether your speech team has long-term vacancies, maternity leaves, knee-surgeries or medical leaves, we are available to fill the gaps. Our team of Enrich, EasyIEP and PCG-trained SLPs is ready to serve your district’s full-time, part-time and temporary staffing positions. As a locally owned and operated speech provider in the Upstate of South Carolina, we are only a phone call or short drive away.
Our rates are negotiable, but our high standards are not. Before serving your district, each speech therapist at MTS participates in a comprehensive 3-point interview process. If interested, you are invited to interview the available candidate as well. We desire for each therapist and school district to have a great working relationship – so much so that we do not place a non-compete clause in our contracts.
MTS is the best investment your district can make in speech therapy. Call us with your needs and we will work to exceed your expectations.
“MTS provides skilled, experienced, local SLPs and implements a strong supervision plan. I do not worry about the McCulloh SLPs because I know they will complete and implement all public school policy and procedures correctly and in a timely manner.”
“The speech department of Greenville County schools has developed a great working relationship with McCulloh Therapeutic Solutions (MTS). MTS is your local, go to provider when a speech therapist is needed to fill a shortage or long term leave. MTS’ staff is very professional, prompt and supportive. I know that staff contracted through MTS will get the job done. They are very knowledgeable, prepared and efficient. The support staff at MTS is easily accessible and quick to respond when contacted. They work with our needs and schedules. I would not hesitate to contact MTS for my contract needs.”
“The School District of Oconee County is immensely thankful for the support McCulloh Therapeutic Solutions (MTS) has provided to our speech team. We have been blessed with professional, top-notch SLPs who were welcomed and respected by their schools. It was also very helpful for MTS to supervise CFs. If I am ever in need of speech-language services, MTS is my first call.”
