SCSHA 2020 Recap

The SCSHA conference is always the best place to reconnect with SLP friends, reignite my passion for work and refresh my skills to serve my clients and team better. This year did not disappoint! I loved the opportunity to meet other SLPs working across the state as well as graduate students excited to enter the field. Our state has amazing talent working to improve speech services across South Carolina! ~Victoria Burnos, MTS Director of Schools

The “I love you” ASL statue outside the Columbia Convention Center. The students from the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind made this beautiful art. What a perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day!

One of our favorite “swag” items from the convention. Columbia Speaks knows that it’s a privilege to do hard things! Thank you for being a motivator for our team and for the families we serve!

Some of our fabulous giveaway winners! It was a joy to give some our MTS favorite things away!

The other exhibitors in the Convention Hall make SCSHA the most fun! Having so many other vendors support each other on our combined mission to give people a voice makes us so happy.

Our favorite Valentine’s Day stickers designed by the MTS Schools Team!

We love our team! Learning is even more fun together!

Our hotel was across from the sweetest coffee shop, Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea.

We loved seeing our Greenville friends from Super Duper! One of their team members even won a MTS prize!

MTS handouts from our booth and repping Spartanburg, SC, the best place to love, work and play.

Thank you SCSHA! See you in 2021!
