Meet Leah Monroe!

We like to find ways to spotlight our professionals. This week, we’d like you to meet Leah Monroe, MS, CF-SLP.

Leah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from South Carolina State University. After moving to Killeen, Texas, she provided therapeutic duties as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLP-A).

As an SLP-A she assisted the Speech Language-Pathologist in advocacy, carrying out treatment plans, research in areas of communication, and documenting client performance.

After two years, she returned to South Carolina State University and earned a Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology. She has worked with clients with a range of diagnoses and communication disorders. She is very passionate about working with children and believes in building strong relationships with the families she serves.

Leah loves spending her free time traveling and training in the gym. She is very adventurous and loves the outdoors. She enjoys trying new foods/restaurants and learning new recipes.

We celebrate and cherish the professionals who make our team a family. Are you a speech-language pathologist looking to join an amazing team? Check us out!
