Holly Hoenig joined the team at McCulloh Therapeutic Solutions two years ago after spending 12 years working in the home and raising her children. At first, Holly had concerns about returning to her career as a Speech Language Pathologist. Thankfully she didn’t let those stop her from rejoining the profession she loves.
“The atmosphere at MTS is so supportive and, working as a part-time employee, I have been able to tailor a schedule that allows me to pick up my boys from school every day. I’m so glad that I didn’t let the thought of restarting as a therapist overwhelm me and keep me from going back to a job I really love,” said Holly, who encourages others to not be deterred by fear. “To anyone who has children and has been out of the profession for a little – or a long – while, it is possible to find a position that is a perfect fit and surround yourself with caring co-workers who go out of their way to help you every day.”
