Neil Gaiman, famous British Author, shares, “The one thing you have that nobody else has is you. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. So write and draw and build and play and dance and live as only you can.”

The ONE thing that nobody else has in the world is YOU!

YOU contribute. YOU dream. YOU are a difference-maker!

Whether joining a new intramural team, attending a class to learn pottery, changing jobs, or starting a brand new career path – remember to be YOU, bring YOU and never stop being YOU.

My favorite question on our MTS Team Member Application is this:  “What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time?” This question alone helps me learn what makes you tick, what sets you apart, what makes you YOU!

What do you crave? What nourishes you? What brings you joy? We want to know. You are not defined by your career; you’re not only a Speech Language Pathologist, but also so much more!

At MTS, we want our team to be well-rounded, not only in skill set and therapeutic interventions, but also in personality, interests and hobbies. Our team is filled with home-grown chefs, budding calligraphers, watercolor painters, dancers and wanna-be dancers, Star Wars enthusiasts and marathon runners. We have intentional conversations to help each other grow in areas inside and outside of work.

We care more about who you are becoming than what you are doing!

When interviewing, remember to let the real YOU shine. Do not be afraid to share your love for eating funky foods, learning new board games or riding horses. These are the things that set you apart, make you more interesting and breathe life into the team.

We are looking for a few new team members to serve our great state of SC! These may be hikers or bakers or writers or singers. They must be authentic, kind, courageous, resilient and ready to give the next generation A Voice That Lasts Forever!

If you’re ready to share the ONE thing that only YOU have, take your next steps to join our team. CLICK HERE to begin your MTS Team Member Application NOW!
