Mom Chelsea Thompson shares this powerful story about her daughter, Lizzy Jane.

When my daughter needed speech therapy at 19.5 months old, our early interventionist suggested I look into MTS. I called and just in my initial phone conversation, I felt good about even visiting.

After visiting and talking with Emily I knew that’s where Lizzie Jane needed to be.

I loved everything she had to say and loved the treatment approach. They understood me and saw my daughter for who she was and what she would soon be capable of doing.

I feel so grateful and thankful to have a found a group of people to love my girl and want nothing more then to help her find her voice. Emily, Sara, Leiloni and Lauren have been wonderful not only to Lizzie Jane but to myself also.

Over the past year Lizzie Jane has gone from basically ZERO words and hardly any sounds to what I would call an actual vocabulary, maybe only a few of us can understand it but she has come so far and to me that’s the greatest gift of all.
