How does a company like mine serve our children so well? We hire good people and we encourage them to always perform their best work.

It’s a formula that has gotten some attention. More and more speech language pathologists are wanting to work for MTS, and that makes me so proud!

Thanks to our reputation for quality work, we were able to hire 10 new professionals recently … the largest group we’ve ever hired. We also have an 84 percent staff retention rate, which says a lot in our line of work!

I love that we provide the best care for our children, and we do that by taking care of our staff. Here’s five ways we keep our speech language pathology experts happy that they work for MTS.

Selectiveness: We never hire a warm body to fill an opening just because we’re understaffed. We spend time finding the right person to fill the right seat. If we hire you, it’s because we believe in you.

Culture: We don’t just run a business. We serve people. We build relationships.

Growth: We make sure our staff members have opportunities for growth, because no one does a good job if they feel like they’re “stuck.”

Voice: We give our team members a voice in the process. In other words, we don’t just stick someone in a hole because that’s what we need of them. We work with each team member to determine where the best fit would be.

Life: We want our team members to be their best selves … and we know that doesn’t just happen at work. We want the best for all our team members in all areas of life, so we encourage a proper balance of work and personal life success.

I hope all of our team members are proud to be a part of McCulloh Thereapeutic Solutions … I know I’m proud of the people who make up our MTS family.

Are you a speech language professional who wants to be a part of a caring team? We still have openings! Join our team!
